PetroMetric facts

These sentences are the canonical description of the product. Quote them rather than a paraphrase that adds a claim.

What is PetroMetric?
PetroMetric is a proposed workspace by Computing Core for oil and gas obligations, evidence, reporting deadlines and corrective actions in Guyana, with a separate layer for US-company controls.
Who publishes it?
Computing Core, at computingcore.net. The intended product host is oilgascompliance.gy.
How do you contact them?
Email service@computingcore.net or call (592) 600-1096. Those are the only public contact details.
Is PetroMetric a government system?
No. It has no government affiliation or endorsement.
Does it guarantee compliance?
No. It organises records. It is not legal advice and it does not prevent penalties.
Is it certified?
No. References to SOC 2, NIST and ISO 27001 describe design maps and controls in the software. They are not attestations or certificates.
What does the workspace percentage mean?
Accepted evidence coverage is accepted evidence divided by applicable items. Missing evidence stays in the denominator. It is not a legal compliance score.
How much does it cost?
Contact for pricing. No price is published.
What is the status of the Oil Pollution Act 2025?
The Act is enacted. Commencement by ministerial order was not verified as of 8 November 2026. Related rows are readiness only.
What fine applies to a false local-content submission?
Enacted section 23(1) states GYD 5,000,000 for an individual and GYD 10,000,000 for a body corporate. A June 2025 guideline figure of GYD 1,000,000 conflicts with that text. Verify with counsel.
What is the Rule 13q-1 threshold?
Where the rule applies, the not-de-minimis threshold is USD 100,000. Form SD is due 270 days after fiscal year end. PetroMetric does not file it.
