Draft privacy notice for the PetroMetric marketing site and demonstration workspace.

Draft, not a finished policy

This notice needs legal review before production. The marketing site stores contact-form messages you submit: name, organisation, email, message, consent and IP address. The demonstration workspace holds synthetic records for a fictional operator.

There are no advertising trackers. Tenant evidence is not placed on public pages. Selected sensitive fields are encrypted at rest by the application. Hosting disk encryption is an operational control described in the deployment notes, not something this page can promise for every server.
