Oil and gas compliance dashboard for Guyana
A proposed PetroMetric dashboard that keeps source, evidence, thresholds and human review on the same record.
What the workspace shows
Each applicable requirement can carry a metric, a threshold and a stack of evidence. The headline percentage is accepted evidence divided by applicable items. Missing and unknown items stay in the denominator. They are never treated as a pass, and the percentage is not a legal compliance score.
Guyana statutory duties, project conditions, US-company controls and optional benchmarks stay in separate workstreams. A critical overdue item remains visible even when coverage is high.
How a number is produced
Operators type observations or import them from CSV. Money is stored as a decimal with an ISO currency code. A zero denominator stays unknown. Time is stored in UTC and shown in America/Guyana unless a user selects another zone, and the label says which zone it is.
Charts on the workspace are drawn from the same rows as the tables underneath them.
- Map the instrument, the section and whether it applies to this entity.
- Measure with the duty type that fits: a percentage, a limit, a deadline, a yes or no, or a narrative control.
- Review the exact evidence version before anyone calls the record accepted.
